We’re always keen to bring in things from home to share with the rest of the class. This year we’ve had everything from pictures and stories to money from Thailand and Ancient Egyptian heads!

Wet Play

It was a wet play time today, so class 5 had their flapjacks and milk inside. We watched Octonauts on the white board and some people did some drawing and played games. What is your favourite thing to do at a wet play?

Butterfly number bonds

In class 5 we’ve been learning pairs of numbers that add up to make 10, 20 and 100. Everyone’s been having a go with cubes and number lines to find the pairs for themselves, then they’ve used butterfly templates to show them.
